An experienced Executive Manager with 20 years’ experience in social housing and the construction industry, Julie strongly believes that housing is the most effective social inclusion and anti-poverty tool available to society. Alongside her work in the not-for-profit sector Julie is also a trainer for the Real Estate Institute of SA.

James’ experience has seen him work through the full spectrum of property delivery. This includes management of annual capital works and maintenance budgets; project management of large scale residential developments and property transfers; development of strategic asset management frameworks, plans and budgets for significant property assets at a senior level.
James’ skills are supported by qualifications in both Property and Project Management along with significant industry participation and training.
As Manager, Assets and Development James provides expert skills along with an influencing but collaborative management style.

Tania has recently undertaken the role of Manager, Housing Services at Westside following a senior role in a National Tier 1 organisation. She brings experience in a multitude of programs with varying complexities and policies and has a passion of the ever changing housing sector.
Tania brings 28 years of housing experience to Westside. Former Department Head/Trust Manager in Regional South Australia. Experienced in social housing, project management, stakeholder relations, staff management and trust accounting.
When not at work Tania enjoys travelling to and volunteering in developing countries.

Tania has been working in the not-for-profit sector for many years, her broad skill set allows her to apply her knowledge and skills to a variety of accounting tasks in various environments. Her ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and her flexible and focused approach to achieving goals and objectives have ensured success in managing projects.
Anthony joined the maintenance team in November 2010. He took this position because he found working in community housing a very rewarding job. He takes pride in his work knowing that he’s helping tenants in any way he can.

Anthony enjoys football (Carlton supporter), basketball and also plays a bit of guitar.
