Experience

Past Principal with Norman Waterhouse Lawyers, providing commercial advice with emphasis on property development and construction law. Peter is now retired from legal practice after nearly 40 years in the legal profession and is currently a company director for a number of private investment companies.

Experience

Executive Chairman 24fit (SA) Pty Ltd. Director of several private companies that have been involved in the development and ongoing management of retirement villages. Over 25 years’ experience in commercial, retail and residential property development. Previous director of Bilo Supermarkets and Foodland SA.
Peter has also served on the boards of the Pembroke School Foundation, the Stirling Business Association and has been on the Committee of the Oakbank Racing Club.

Experience

Legal Practitioner in Far North Queensland and Adelaide. Philip’s experience includes providing legal advice to not for profit organisations and family and succession law. Chair Roma Mitchell Community Legal Centre Inc. and a Committee member of Central Adelaide Branch Heart Support Australia Limited.

Experience

Michaela currently consults privately in community engagement and not-for-profit governance.

She has previously worked as an Executive Officer for UnitingCare in South and Western Australia, responsible for overseeing the Uniting Church’s community, social, health and educational services. Prior to this, she was a Mission Minister at UnitingCare Kwinana.

Current and past member of numerous governing bodies including national and state, statutory, church, not for profit, community service, educational boards and Councils.

Retired Director from Fleet SA. Accountable for the purchase, operation and disposal of all light motor vehicles for the SA Government. In addition, retired Director of the former Savings & Loans Credit Union (now known as People’s Choice Credit Union Pty Ltd.) and also Health Partners Ltd. Served terms as Chairman of the payroll Tax Appeal Tribunal and the Auto Financing Authority.

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.  Registered Company Auditor and member of Royal Association of Justices. Justice of the Peace. Former fellow at the Taxation Institute of Australia. Former member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Experience

Katherine is a Board Director of Westside Housing Association and a Project Manager in Local Government.  Katherine joined the Board in March 2017 having previously served as the President of YWCA Adelaide.  Katherine’s Board experience also includes being a founding member and President of NAWIC SA, National Vice President of NAWIC Australia and Committee Member of AIB SA.  Katherine has over 15 years experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects in both the private and public sectors.

Ken has a broad ranging suite of experience across town planning, property development, building and tourism. He is also a Director of Development Australian Property Projects Pty Ltd. Housing Industry Association Member and Justice of the Peace.
