Experience

An experienced Executive Manager with 20 years’ experience in social housing and the construction industry, Julie strongly believes that housing is the most effective social inclusion and anti-poverty tool available to society. Alongside her work in the not-for-profit sector Julie is also a trainer for the Real Estate Institute of SA.

Fellow of CPA Australia, Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia

Experience

Peter has had over 20 years’ experience as a Senior Manager across many industries, more recently in the not-for-profit disability sector. His main responsibilities at Westside are Finance, Human Resources, and Information & Communications Technology.

Experience

Alison has spent most of her career in high level policy, program support, reporting and office management roles. Having started her career in the building and construction industry and private real estate, Alison moved to the community housing sector 8 years ago. She worked to help grow a prominent tier 1 association before moving across to Westside. Her current role sees her support the current CEO in aspirations to nurture Westside into a tier 1 housing association, meet regulatory requirements, support staff through the development of policy and procedures and support the Westside Board.

Experience

Suzanne has over 15 years experience in property management across a range of sectors including private rental, corporate, disability housing and community housing. Suzanne is passionate about enabling our customers to increase their skills and capacity to live a successful life and in turn maintain a successful tenancy.

Experience

Paul is a property professional who is committed to providing a high level of customer service. He is an experienced construction project and land development manager with experience in both residential and commercial scale projects, in Adelaide and internationally. Having previously managed large property portfolios in the profit and not for profit sectors, Paul is well placed to deliver great outcomes to our tenants while maintaining high work, health, safety and compliance standards.
