- Doors will not lock (when property is not secure)

- Major electrical faults – no power
- Leaking toilet (from the bottom)
- Smoke alarms
- Excessive running taps
PRIORITY 2 – 7 DAYS
- Stove not working at all
- Quick running taps
- Blocked toilets and drains if usable or has second toilet
- Door locks (when property is still secure)
- Leaking toilets (from the top)
- Patching of walls (near wet area)
- Roof leaks
- Broken light switch (if severe)
- Internal damage (broken doors / holes in walls etc)
- Damaged letterboxes – if unusable
- Floor coverings – if a hazard
- Broken clothesline (if unusable)
- Water damage / dampness– internal / external
PRIORITY 3 – 30 DAYS
- Bathroom / kitchen sealant issues
- Stoves and ovens – elements
- Slow running taps
- Supply of paint (office pick up)
- Letterboxes (if still usable)
- Cupboards (ie. Hinges etc)
- Flyscreens (if slight)
- Tiling
- Clotheslines (if usable)
- Damaged screen door/ Sliding doors (if usable)
- Cracks in walls
- Tenants damage (Broken doors, holes in walls etc)
- Patching walls (not near wets areas)
